Key Responsibilities

Daily/Monthly NAV calculations and financial reporting for private credit funds Prepare investor allocations, capital calls, distributions, and reconciliations Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors Maintain accurate records of fund transactions and supporting documentation Work closely with portfolio managers, clients, and internal stakeholders across global offices Support new fund launches, system enhancements, and process improvements

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in fund accounting or financial reporting Open to other private markets with strong transferable skills Candidates from Big 4 audit firms with private credit or private equity clients are strongly encouraged to apply Experience within a Private Equity firm or Fund Administrator highly advantageous Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and understanding of complex fund structures Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail * Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of VBA, Power BI a plus
