• Lead and mentor the team in developing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases to identify and resolve complex software issues
• Collaborate closely with project team members, including developers, product managers, customer support, and partners, in the planning and execution of software projects
• Provide QA leadership, offering advice, guidance, and support to ensure alignment of testing strategies and activities
• Identify and address deficiencies in current test scripts to enhance scripted coverage efficiency
• Conduct hands-on manual investigation and reproduction of functional and customer-reported software issues
• Support initiatives for continuous improvement to implement preventive and corrective actions

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in Quality Assurance Testing, with a preference for expertise in automation framework design
• At least 2+ years of experience in team management or leadership roles
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build collaborative relationships
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Extensive knowledge of products in the gaming hardware industry is an advantage
