Associate Marketing Manager - Healthcare Sector
6 months contract (maternity coverage)
Salary: $6000 max
5 days work week
9am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Novena
Job Scope:
Collect and analyze market needs from various sources: primary and secondary research, sales, customers, KOLs etc to create, implement and maintain effective marketing strategies
Drive initiatives for complete marketing mix for both product and provider business: positioning, product/service, promotions, price, place, to deliver differentiation in the market
Work closely with AP marketing, AP medical and local commercial team to develop key messages with key decisions makers in hospitals and other organizations
Plan and execute marketing activities including training, educational seminars, conferences, in service programs for nurses, RCs, MSWs for the purpose of total engagement and establishing the FMC brand
Develop and drive patient awareness, acquisition and retention initiatives, working closely with clinical, clinic operations and nurses
Manage and implement internal and external marketing communications plans and materials
Work closely with all stakeholders including management, operations, customer service, supply chain etc to ensure and improve customer and patient satisfaction
Plan and manage financial budget to link to organization and marketing objectives and outcomes
