These principles guide and help us make decisions as we work to create economic empowerment for the people of Southeast Asia.Get to know our Team:You will be part of an exciting sales team that is responsible for acquiring, managing and growing the SME Lending business while providing loan advisory and solutions to meet the financing needs of merchant customers.Get to know the RoleYou will own the targets for SG MSME lending business and 1) pitch loans solutions to grab and new to grab merchants 2) cross sell other grab products ( GrabPay & GrabAds etc ) to existing merchant customers.ResponsibilitiesAcquire new SME loan accounts through cold-calling and referralsEstablish and maintain long term and profitable borrowing relationships with both existing and prospective SME clientsEnsure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to internal policies, business processes, regulatory requirementsCross-sell other Grab\'s products and servicesProcess improvement - Diagnose inefficiencies in the current sales process and provide data-driven recommendations.Help improve or innovate new processes to keep the team as efficient as possible.Strategy - Suggest improvements in the value proposition for merchants based on merchant feedback, competition and other data driven factorsCollaboration - Work closely with other functions within GrabFinance and other divisions within Grab to achieve SME business goalsProvide administrative and client service loan support to existing and prospective clients.Respond to all client enquiries and provide resolution to most issues and requests.Maintain client data and reports, such as: contact lists, status of credit reviews/renewals, etcQualificationsThe must haveBachelor\'s degree or 5 years relevant work experience in sales preferable in the financial services industryStrong analytical and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skillsResults-oriented, dynamic and self-drivenCompetent in engaging and managing internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to exceed sales targetResourceful and able to work with minimal supervisionAdditional InformationOur CommitmentWe recognize that with these individual attributes come different workplace challenges, and we will work with Grabbers to address them in our journey towards creating inclusion at Grab for all Grabbers.
