The Singapore Operations team drives growth and innovation for Grab in Singapore, shaping the business to meet the evolving needs of consumers. We contribute towards Grab's vision of being Southeast Asia's superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.
As part of Singapore Operations, the Merchant Operations team represents the voice of our merchant-partners, advocating for solutions that enhance their experience and success on Grab. We work closely with business verticals (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabPay, OmniCommerce), as well as product, finance, and legal teams to deliver impactful and meaningful solutions. Our role is to localize and optimize platform experiences for merchants and consumers while supporting Singapore's business growth and cost-efficiency goals.

This role is essential to support the country's growth and cost efficiency goals by driving Deliveries initiatives operationally. It acts as the operational bridge between strategy, product and execution, ensuring effective collaboration across teams. The role helps align business goals with on-ground needs to deliver sustainable outcomes and a better user experience.
This role will report to Manager, Merchant Operations, based onsite at our One North Office.
