Job Description

:

The incumbent is responsible for and he/ she is expected to:

• Support Brand & Business Development department in daily administrative tasks
• Track and update quotations and invoices approvals
• Ensure timely submissions of invoices for processing
• Prepare monthly Advertising & Promotion expenditure reports
• Manage sponsorship and logistics arrangements
• Compilation of promotions and price cards
• Submission of product images for FairPrice Online and other external platforms
• Any other ad hoc duties

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
• Work experience in Marketing Admin / Marketing-related preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel basic use of formula, pivot table, filtering etc.) and Google Suite
• Detail-oriented
• Proactive
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills
