Job Purpose

To provide support for Customer Policy Services, relating to policy benefit payment such as Maturity, Annuity, Cash Benefits payouts, dealing with policyholders and business partners

The Job

• Administer and follow up on the daily batch payment
• Ensure that ad-hoc request for payment, replacement of outdated payment etc are promptly and properly follow through
• Handle and manage queries/ feedback/ complaints from policyholders/ financial representatives/ financial consultants
• Ensure proper governance of communication to policyholders and business partners
• Manage enhancement in system by providing support in system testing and sharing on requirements
• Assist with the reporting and monitoring of team key performance indicators, as well as implementing proper documentation and governance of SOP, ISO and Audits
• The individual will have opportunities to undertake and manage projects and initiatives within the Department
• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
• Highlight any potential concerns/ risks and proactively share best risk management practices

Qualifications

Our Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Insurance, Business or equivalent professional qualifications
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, committed and able to work independently
• Able to multi-task, organized with a strong eye for details and good project management skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
• Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
