• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
• Leading buyside firm
• Candidates must have a good balance of Private Equity deal closing/ execution, portfolio management, data analytics experience and able to view things from a "private equity (PE) lens"

Responsibilities would include:

• Support strategic initiatives and execution workstreams across Asia Corporate Private equity portfolio
• Project manage transaction structuring and execution workstreams with the Asia tax segment lead, Legal team and external tax/legal advisors
• Working alongside Asia PE Investment Teams and coordinating across multiple functional teams to ensure the success of portfolio reviewing / reporting, enhancing the operational rigor around transaction execution process
• Understanding performance drivers, benchmarking and performance analytics
• Lead closings of new investments, portfolio activity (dividends, recaps), and dispositions
• Identify potential areas of transaction, legal and tax risks; Monitor transaction-related financing covenants to ensure compliance with applicable thresholds

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2-5 years of data analytics, portfolio operations, portfolio management, deal closing or deal execution within financial services or PE
• Experience in Private equity/buy side is highly advantageous
• Good stakeholder management, with strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
• Ability to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
