:

The incumbent is expected to:

Assist the team with FP\xe2\x80\x99s weekly advertisement and omni-channel advertising by working closely with the products team, creative agency, and other relevant stakeholders, work with the printer, website agency and installer on the production, delivery, and installation of POSM

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting/driving conversion, understanding the shopper journey, and personalizing content to increase engagement and revenue. As a Sales & Promotions Associate, he or she will be responsible for assisting in the creation, implementation, and management of promotions and campaigns that drive sales and increase customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the overall category strategy and objectives.

Qualifications:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG / retailer industry
• Proven experience in sales and promotions, with a track record of driving conversion and increasing revenue.
• Strong understanding of the shopper journey and ability to assist in the creation of personalized content that resonates with the target audience.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical skills to analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
