The program is designed to take you straight to the heart of your chosen career in insurance \xe2\x80\x93 as a risk analyst, underwriter, actuary, or client manager. The program will prepare you for the diverse challenges of the reinsurance business, and lay the foundation for your continued development in the dynamic world of reinsurance. Your job About the APA Associate Program

• A 2-year program that commences in June 2023, with a built-in development framework covering soft skills and technical training
• A total of four rotations of approximately 6 months each in different departments, with at least one rotation in a different geographical location
• Work on strategic projects, be part of cross-divisional project teams, and interact with senior leaders
• Integration into a permanent role within Munich Re at the end of the program

Your profile

• 2-5 years of professional work experience, and currently working, in General Insurance, Re-Insurance, Financial Services, Technology / Consulting sectors
• Graduated from University
• Flexibility to work in different countries
