Their leading Projects Practice offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.We are seeking a motivated and talented Newly Qualified (NQ) to 2 Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) Associate to join our client\'s Projects Practice. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects across multiple jurisdictions, contributing to the success of their clients and the firm.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in advising clients on all aspects of project development, project finance, and construction/EPC matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of project-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and financial documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide detailed analysis on complex legal issues related to projects.
• Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Participate in client meetings, offering legal advice and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support senior associates and partners in managing large-scale projects and transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments affecting the projects sector.

• Qualified solicitor (NQ to 2 PQE) in Singapore.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong legal skills.
• Prior experience in Projects Development, Projects Finance, or Construction/EPC will be well-regarded but not essential.
