At SAP, you can bring out your best.WHAT YOU\'LL DOAs a Prompt Engineer, you will be part of a team that delivers end-to-end AI solutions integrated in the processes of our customer support business to deliver support in faster and smarter way. In your daily job you will:

• Assess requirements necessary for developing prompt-driven ML services in the Support Delivery domain.
• Develop Prompting frameworks, guidelines and best practices to provide guidance to stakeholders regarding the usefulness of prompting for specific use cases.
• Develop strategies to measure the quality of large language model outputs.
• Develop prompts, interoperability guidance between LLMs.
• Tune, optimize, reuse prompts across business use cases for streamlined performance and quality of results.
• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to deliver ML models in productive services

WHAT YOU\'LL BRINGWe are looking for a candidate who possesses a passion for innovation and data-driven solutions paired with a hands-on can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated expert with a love for delivering productive enterprise-grade ML services using prompting strategies.0 - 3 Years of experience and a university degree in a technical or language field.Strong practical Machine Learning and large language model skills.Hands-on experience in programming.Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skillsCreative thinking, willingness, and ability to learn quickly new concepts and technologies.We are looking for a candidate who possesses a passion for innovation paired with a hands-on can-do attitude.MEET YOUR TEAMWe are a Data Science and Technology focused team and we have established a data lake platform used by more than 150 Data Scientist in Service and Support.
