Company Profile
Annabelle Psychology is a specialist mental health practice located in Singapore providing therapy to adults, children, couples and families. Our clinicians work closely with psychiatrists, paediatricians and other professionals to provide holistic care to complex presentations. We also provide other clinical services including child neurodevelopmental and psychoeducational assessments, administering neurocognitive and IQ tests, and clinical and peer supervision.
We are expanding our services to offer 24/7 mental wellness support, and are looking for two Malaysia-based Associate Psychologists (APs) to join our clinical team. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to build clinical experience in a real-world setting, supported by a strong, multidisciplinary team based in Singapore. If you are fluent in English and Mandarin, comfortable working independently, and open to learning within a structured support system, we would be glad to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide text-based wellness support through our after-hours hotline with shifts typically from 9:00pm-9:00am SGT
Triage presenting concerns, provide basic psychotherapy, and refer clients to suitable telehealth services as necessary
Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation of client interactions
Participate in regular clinical supervision and case discussions
Support the development of mental health education content

What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Honours) from a recognised institution
Prior experience in clinical, community, or helpline settings is essential
Key Attributes
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Strong written communication with a warm and professional tone
Comfortable working independently, asynchronously and remotely
Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical care
Open to feedback and keen to learn in a structured and supportive (remote) environment
Additional Details
Contract-based position open to Malaysia-based applicants
Training and onboarding will be provided prior to start of duties
This role is based on a 4-day work week cycle, which will include one day in the weekend
You may be scheduled to work on public holidays (overtime pay provided for work done on Singapore PH)
