The Purchasing Associate will be involved in the procurement and purchasing function for all goods and services essential to our day-to-day operations to support our business units. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices, supports departments in vendor sourcing, and maintains compliance with procurement standards and procedures.


Invoice & PO Processing:

Handle supplier invoices, process purchase orders, and ensure accuracy in documentation and system entries.

Vendor Sourcing & Support:

Assist internal departments in identifying and sourcing reliable vendors to meet operational needs.

Quotation Management:

Provide timely quotations to internal stakeholders, ensuring responsiveness and clarity.

Delivery Troubleshooting:

Resolve vendor delivery issues, including matching delivery orders and coordinating with relevant teams.

Clerical Support:

Maintain organized records and support documentation flow across procurement activities.

Ad-hoc Assignments:

Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as assigned. #

Qualifications




You should have:




Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, supply chain or related field Prior experience in procurement or administrative support preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Google workspace Knowledge of eProcurement systems Possess strong negotiation and communication skills * Self-drive, independent and problem solver
