• Matching Talent: Pair candidates with the perfect job orders, ensuring everyone finds their ideal fit
• Fulfilling of Tasks: Make sure assigned job orders are completed promptly and efficiently
• Assessing Candidates: Chat with candidates via call or video to see if they're a good match for our jobs
• Supporting of Candidates: Be there for candidates, answering their questions and offering guidance
• Administration Work: Assist with paperwork and processes to get new hires started smoothly
