Job Description

:

• Maintain Shopee's Safety Framework and Security Management System, including policies, training, documentation, CCTV operations, and related assessments.
• Lead and execute safety and security audits, inspections, and risk assessments-locally and overseas-to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver safety and security content, onboarding materials, training programs, and facilitate focus groups or coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to strengthen risk awareness, drive framework implementation, and promote safety and security culture.
• Monitor and close corrective and preventive actions, oversee hazard reporting and incident investigations, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage digitalisation initiatives (design input, User Acceptance Testing, change management) and perform monthly analytics and reporting on safety performance.

Requirements :

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience with large corporations or government agencies (preferably in Safety Management, or a related field)
• Proficient in Mircosoft Office
• Highly motivated and focused individual who is a team player and outcome-oriented
• Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment across multiple business verticals
• Able to engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across and outside the organisation, which includes authorities, senior management, and ground employees
• Excellent communications (verbal, written, presentation), interpersonal skills, planning and organising skills
