We are looking for an Associate Sales Enablement Intern to provide sales teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively engage with and sell to customers. The role of sales enablement is to ensure that the sales team has the necessary support to meet their sales targets and drive revenue growth. \

In this role you will:

  • Creating and managing sales training materials: This may involve developing and updating training manuals, creating videos, and organizing webinars to educate the sales team on new products or features
  • Supporting the sales team: An associate sales enablement specialist is responsible for ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell products or services. This includes providing ongoing support and guidance to the sales team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: An associate sales enablement specialist may work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure that sales teams are up to date on the latest developments in the company\'s products or services
  • Analyzing sales performance: To improve sales performance, an associate sales enablement specialist may track and analyze data related to sales activities, customer interactions, and the effectiveness of training materials
  • Continuous improvement of sales processes: The associate sales enablement specialist will work to continually improve the sales processes, training materials, and tools used by the sales team to ensure they are aligned with the company\'s sales goals
  • Building relationships: A successful associate sales enablement specialist will work to build positive relationships with the sales team, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is working together towards the company\'s goals
