DBS is looking to be at the forefront of this evolution, and transform how we serve our clients through commercial cards. This role presents a unique opportunity to be on the forefront of this change.The Commercial Card Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new commercial card clients, expand relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth.The role involves building and managing a sales pipeline, consulting with corporate clients on payment solutions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery. There is also opportunity to ideate new ways to acquire and serve our corporate customers.Job Scope

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities for commercial card products, i.e. corporate credit cards, purchasing cards, virtual card solutions & etc and business debit cards
  • Acquisition for Commercial Cards which covers aftersales product implementation and relationship management
  • Provide consultative advice on improving clients\xe2\x80\x99 payment processes and optimizing their working capital using card products
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IBG Relationship Managers, T&Os & etc to ensure the seamless implementation of card programs
  • Responsible also for individual Commercial Cards portfolio\'s KPIs such
  • i) Accounts Billings
ii) B2B Payments cross-selling and Campaign Sales
iii) Accounts Development * Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build up product knowledge, and
  • Support Sales process improvement such as UAT and LV of new system such as recent SFW migration
  • Ensure compliance of mandatory banking processes
Requirements
  • University degree with relevant experience in sales within SME banking space;
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Driven and sales-oriented personality
  • Good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of various types of commercial card products
  • Experience in similar capacity
  • Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard reporting system (is a plus)
