Job Responsibilities:
Proactively promote and sell our Sales & Management Programme to potential clients seeking high-yield alternatives returns. We offer clients attractive alternative opportunities with rental yields of up to 10%
Operate confidently in roadshow and exhibition environments, engaging walk-in prospects and maintaining a strong presence throughout events
Demonstrate initiative and independence by generating your own leads in addition to company-provided opportunities
Provide clear, persuasive, and well-informed presentations to clients on programme benefits and returns
Maintain a professional image and uphold company standards in all interactions with clients and partners
Job Requirements:
Sales experience, preferably in real estate, property investment, or financial services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to close sales
Comfortable with dynamic, fast-paced environments such as roadshows and exhibitions
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
Independent and resourceful in lead generation
