Get to Know the Team
The GR team houses its own strategy, pricing & product design, sales, marketing, operations et al. functions, and also works closely with other teams in Grab spanning across regional operations, Mobility and IoT tech teams, and business analytics. The sales team is the first contact for our GrabRentals drivers and made up of active and supportive team players with a passion for customer experience and operations.
Get to Know the Role

• Manage team of contract staff to achieve sales targets, including hiring and training.
• Enhance sales training materials and ensure excellent customer service.

You will be based onsite at our Tampines Office, reporting directly to the Assistant Sales Manager.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage daily operations, address hirer issues, and handle escalations.
• Identify and address process gaps for operational efficiency.
• Review, operationalise and optimise sales channels & conversion rates.

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least one to three years of sales, operations and customer service experience
• Fluent written and spoken English is required, with local second language as an advantage
• Self-motivated individual who is capable of getting things done within an allocated time frame
• Willing to be hands-on and assumes responsibilities for one's actions
• Initiate and maintain relationships with our hirers, with a customer-oriented service attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications.
