Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for daily activities of operation support in processing transactions for, including but not limited to Foreign Exchange (FX) and Derivatives, in an accurate and timely manner. Also, responsible for developing or improving procedures, workflows and guidelines for Treasury operations. Customer

• Develop and maintain effective relationships and communication with key stakeholders within MUFG.
• Work in partnership with Sales desk to ensure all transactions are processed accurately in a timely manner.
• Work in partnership with product office and operation department within the Branch on specific transaction details to resolve transaction issues.
• Work in partnership with System department and Head Office to implement system related enhancements.

• Responsible for overseeing daily operations for the team.
• Provide a professional advisory service in processing Treasury transactions to resolve issues.
• Responsible for developing procedures, workflows and guidelines related to Treasury operations.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a database for the department to store treasury transaction information and ensure data integrity.
• Responsible for verifying Treasury transaction operations to ensure they are compliant with MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations.
• Support the implementation of new systems and/or enhancements by assessing the impact of changes to current workflows and procedures.
• Summarize analysis and prepare reports / presentations within an area of expertise.
• Lead and support on Treasury related projects, engaging with relevant stakeholders where required.
• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on treasury operations to management.

• Minimum 3 year of relevant middle and back-office experience in the banking industry
• Knowledge of treasury operations systems to understand transaction process.
• Knowledge in products including but not limited to FX and Derivatives
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence others and ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be advantageous
