Responsibilities:

Lab based support is required to support commercial manufacturing especially on the NPI (New Product Introduction)
Execution of laboratory work supporting analytical testing on therapeutic drugs/proteins.
Equipped with knowledge and know-how on different analytical test methods and evaluation.
Collaborate within the different functional teams by contributing to analytical evaluation, development, test method validation, Process Analytics by performing supporting analytical work.
Contribute to projects by generating and interpreting scientific data from experimental work.
Deliver high quality communication, analytics data analysis, timely projects timeline delivery.
Provide technical support on analytical testing, analysis related to manufacturing data trending, process risk assessments etc.), strategizing and contributing to process validation activities and providing technical expertise to support regulatory submissions as required.
Work with multiple stakeholders and involve extensive interaction with manufacturing, quality, cell culture/purification process development and CMC/Regulatory Affairs groups
Perform any other tasks as assigned by manager

About You:

BSc/Diploma in Chemical, Biochemical Engineering or relevant fields with 1-5 years of relevant upstream/downstream biologics experience.
Basic understanding of upstream/downstream processing, process scale-up and statistical methods is a must.
Hands-on experience working in the lab, handling of downstream methods, assays; to support the routine responsibilities with solid scientific data is desirable.
Very good knowledge of reporting, interpretation, and documentation of scientific results
Excellent communication skills with strong command of English, written and spoken
Able to work effectively in teams, communicate technical concepts clearly and independently motivated.
Foundational knowledge in materials sciences and its application towards biologics manufacturing (e.g. product contact material justification, raw material characterization/excursions etc.) is a plus.
