Environmental Conditions

Laboratory Setting, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

Deliver lab studies and customer projects with outstanding impact Write and present lab study reports to internal collaborators and customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy Collaborate with FAS to engage customers technically, focusing on BDC capabilities and study findings Partner with Facility and Engineering departments to schedule timely site and equipment maintenance and calibration, ensuring excellent operational readiness Draft and review SOPs, Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments Order laboratory, training, and pantry supplies as needed Provide general administrative and logistical support for BDC projects, meetings, trainings, and events, including maintaining activity logs and regular postings to employee communication platforms Maintain high housekeeping standards for BDC site to improve customer experience, including IT devices and updated marketing collaterals Conduct safety and administrative briefings for customers attending training courses Adhere strictly to all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or similar fields. Recent graduates are encouraged to submit their applications. Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector Experience working in a laboratory or GMP environment is preferred Proven working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to learn quickly, adapt to constant changing demands, and work independently
