We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the calendar and schedule meetings, working with all key stakeholders.
Prepare materials, documents, and reports for meetings, presentations, and board sessions, sometimes including minute-taking and agenda planning.
Facilitate communication between the leader and internal or external stakeholders, to ensure strong relationship management.
Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including staff meetings or special engagements.
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, and process claims.
Support ad hoc projects or any administrative duties as assigned (research tasks, budget tracking etc).
Qualifications:
Possess at least a Diploma or 'A' levels (Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage).
Relevant experience ( >10 years) as a Personal Assistant supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
Proactive, resourceful, and strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, discretion with confidential information, and integrity.
Adept with Microsoft Powerpoint Presentations, Excel Analytics and Word Documentation.
Strong learning agility with respect to office administration tools (SAP, Microsoft 365 etc).
