the Role

The

Associate

will play a key role in

evaluating investments, managing portfolio performance, and supporting capital deployment

across renewable projects. This position is suited for someone with a strong financial foundation, analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in sustainability and clean energy.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end investment processes, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and preparation of investment memos. Conduct market research, financial analysis, and scenario modelling to assess new opportunities in renewables (solar, wind, battery storage, etc.). Assist in transaction execution -- coordinating with legal, technical, and financial advisors. Monitor asset performance post-acquisition, including financial reporting, project KPIs, and ESG compliance. Prepare portfolio updates and reports for senior management and investors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, operations) to optimise asset performance and returns.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in

investment banking, project finance, corporate finance, or asset management

-- ideally within the energy or infrastructure sector. Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis). Familiarity with project financing structures, PPAs, and regulatory frameworks in the renewables sector. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for sustainability and the energy transition.
