Associate Sourcing Manager - Global Operations

Summary

The Associate Sourcing Manager will work with the Manager of Sourcing Operations and play a key role in designing and implementing Sourcing initiatives that facilitate brand-level strategies, Global initiatives, and supply chain operations to ensure the goal of addressing business needs through proper execution and communication. The Associate Sourcing Manager will engage in structured problem-solving and data analytics to drive new growth initiatives and strategic operations improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support the Manager of Operations and the broader Sourcing Leadership team in execution of long-term strategic visions, as well as providing findings based on empirical analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Manage and prioritize cross-functional projects; with a focus on execution and discrete analyses to deliver results and identify new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate and/or spearhead the design, execution, and resolution of projects/initiatives across the full Supply Chain spectrum.
  • Serve as internal consultant for project stakeholders and teams; leveraging analytical and strategic frameworks to drive decisions.
  • Support various franchise business initiatives to meet business demands.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners to drive results.
Requirements
  • 4+ years college degree (BA/BS).
  • 3 to 5 years of supply chain, production, sourcing, QA or buying experience in a retail or manufacturing organization preferred.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a result-oriented approach to develop effective solutions with a sense of urgency.
  • Self-starter with a client-service mentality; capable of working across cultures and functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Be innovative and entrepreneurial in seeking solution and delivering results.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive end goals.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
