DBS Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Process daily Trade Operations transactions of SG and AU Import LC Issuance and IBLC in accordance to the agreed service standards
• Liaise and follow up with Business Units or customers for instructions that are required to complete the transaction
• Liaise with internal and external counterparty for queries relating to the transaction
• Perform day end reconciliation of transactions
• To handle customers' queries on respective products/services
• To adhere to risks & control guidelines/policies
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by his/her supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Holder with minimum 2-3 years experience in trade related banking operations
• Hard-working, self-motivated and a strong team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and detailed oriented
• Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline
• Familiar with MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Words
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
