Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy. RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for enthusiastic, professional trainer to deliver training in all areas. The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service ethic, exceptional facilitation skills, displays creativity and agility, handles ambiguity with ease. He/she should be able to conduct training and consultancy in the following areas:
Business related topics such as Strategies, Management, Leadership and Management etc
Innovation Topics such as Design Thinking, Continuous Improvements, Creative Thinking and Problem Solving
Human Resource related topics
Service related topics such as Service Innovations, Customer Experience and other areas
Coaching and Mentoring related topics
Financial Services related topics
Sustainability Management related topics
Deliver training in accordance to SOP
Complete required course documentations
Where applicable, to conduct training assessments
Attend to meetings with customers when requested
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimally Tertiary educated
Possess certification in training such as ACTA/ACLP/DACE/DDDLP
Possess any relevant industrial certifications such as PMP, Lean 6 Sigma Blak Belt, etc
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 1 year of experience in training adult learners
OTHER INFORMATION Must possess the following skills:
Strong critical thinking skill with passion for complex problem solving, creative, analytical, and ideation skills
Passion for innovation and technology to be incorporated for experiential learning experience
Interpersonal Skills for engaging learners and provide fun while imparting values through the use of games and activities
Strong core consulting skills, including: ability to craft compelling and actionable strategies, meeting and workshop development, management and facilitation, storytelling, writing and presentation development, ideation and concept development, stakeholder interviewing and relationship development, insights development and data analysis
Proven expertise in some combination of the following domains: customer insight and understanding, design research, experience strategy, experience design, innovation and implementation, experience design measurement
