Roles & Responsibilities 1. Diploma in Engineering 2. Professional Certifications (AWS-CWI, ASNT NDT Level-II) 3. Computer literate 4. Proficiency in all microsoft tools and other editable tools etc. 5. Ready to work at various locations. 6. Ready to conduct trainings on evenings and weekends based on the requirements. Support to Trainer to Educate the adults as per SSG requirements for its courses either in-person or using e-learning mode.
Conduct non-WSQ technical trainings.

Prepare/develop Training Materials for non-WSQ courses as per the latest requirements and control all other properties of training materials.

Marketing the training courses by explaining the technical needs to clients and Admin Activites to register with training coordinator.

Statistical Analyse the feedback from each candidates for each courses and montior corrective actions to be taken with the trainers.

Follow-up with candidates on registration process.

Manage financial & accounting of monthly progress in training seminars. Follow-up payment receivables with client participant.

Coordinate Overseas seminars from Singapore and may need to travel frequently.

Prepare Materials and slides as per semianr requirements. communication, presentations Presentation skills, Analytical skills, Technology Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Adaptability, Enthusiasm for Learning (Passionate about lifelong learning),
Good listeners.
