COMPANY DESCRIPTION
NTUC LearningHub (LHUB\xe2\x84\xa2) was corporatised on 1 August 2004. Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.
DESIGNATION : Associate Trainer \xe2\x80\x93 Human Resource

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for enthusiastic, professional trainer to deliver HR training. The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service ethic, exceptional facilitation skills, displays creativity and agility, handles ambiguity with ease, and understands the core strengths of human resource management training and consultancy. He/she should be able to conduct training needs analysis for corporate customers and to coach companies and participants in Human Resource (HR) related projects
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimally Tertiary educated
  • Possess certification in training such as ACTA/ACLP and HR certification such as IHRP, SHRM or CIPD
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR areas with at least 1 year of experience in training adult learners in HR


OTHER INFORMATION
Must possess the following skills:
  • Strong critical thinking skill with passion for complex problem solving, creative, analytical, and ideation skills
  • Passion for innovation and technology to be incorporated for experiential learning experience
  • Interpersonal Skills for engaging learners and provide fun while imparting values through the use of games and activities
  • Strong core consulting skills, including: ability to craft compelling and actionable strategies, meeting and workshop development, management and facilitation, storytelling, writing and presentation development, ideation and concept development, stakeholder interviewing and relationship development, insights development and data analysis
  • Proven expertise in some combination of the following domains: customer insight and understanding, design research, experience strategy, experience design, innovation and implementation, experience design measurement
