We are looking for an Associate, Vendor Onboarding - New Vendor Performance to join us in scaling our platform, to digitalise businesses in Asia, uplift rider livelihoods and build a hyper-convenient platform for our customers. The individual must be able to multitask and be an advocate between customers, logistic and vendor teams. Here\'s what you can expect to experience in your role:

Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end onboarding for new signups on foodpanda
• Monitor and perform root causes analysis on transmission cost and vendor onboarding.
• Implement cost reduction strategies
• Work cross-functionally and build relationships with country, regional and global counterparts.
• Be in charge of identifying and interpreting data sources, executing analysis, and presenting findings to your superior
• Constantly automate and digitize processes to improve new vendor experience with the balance on scalability, speed and cost efficiency during onboarding.
• Manage and improve vendor offboarding process
• Collect and analyze feedback from new vendors who have been onboarded. Work closely with relevant stakeholders throughout the process to improve existing procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong Analytical skills, ability to extract and analyze data to provide actionable insights. SQL and strong excel competency are preferable.
• Ability to communicate, collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions,iterate ideas and solutions to the various stakeholders
• Enrolled in or completed diploma/degree in any field
• Good team spirit with the ability to take your own initiative and work independently
• Ensure that deliverables meet the timeline given with quality standards
• At least 1-2 years of working experience with knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector
• Willing to learn and explore new tools
