Position Summary:As a Mortgage Sales and Service Specialist you will play a pivotal role in expanding our mortgage portfolio by identifying and securing new business opportunities while providing exceptional service to our existing clients. You will be the face of DBS, advising clients on the best mortgage solutions to suit their needs and guiding them through the application and approval process. Your dedication to customer service excellence and ability to drive sales and loan retention will contribute significantly to our company\xe2\x80\x99s success and your professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively seek out new sales opportunities and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships by providing superior customer service and support with the objective on loan retention.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process, from initial consultation to post-closure. Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Loan Origination and Processing: Guide customers through the loan application process for new loans and existing loans from initial assessment to closing. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and bank policies.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and processing, to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process. Participate in and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.For shortlisted applicants, you will be handling mortgage loan servicing during your 1st year before transiting to acquisition of mortgage sales partially in your 2nd year.Please note this role will be based at DBS Asia Hub, located at Changi Business Park.Requirements
