Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers on Account Opening Matters including enquiries and follow-up on incompleteness of forms.
• Educate customers on Trading and Settlement Related issues including follow up outstanding payments, short selling and SGX /CPF Board appeals.
• Asset Creation and Maintenance of tradable stocks in Backend system.
• Maintenance of Customers Accounts including FATCA, CRS, KYC and trading eligibility.
• Execution of new Products and Services including web features launch.
• Investigate Trade and Settlement and Web features dispute and representing in FIDReC matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft office e.g., Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player.
• Work independently and meticulous.
• Good understanding in Trading and Settlement knowledge.
• Experiences in Account opening enquiries & Settlement Issues will be an advantage.
