Business Function:
Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage most of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Manager (PM), business users, technology team during the requirement gathering phase for system enhancements, relating to corporate loans processes.
• Responsible for creating UAT test scenarios / test cases based on the business/user requirements
• Work with the technology development Team during system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
• Ensure Test environment is available daily, issues tracking and coordinating with PM and tech team to resolve the issues.
• Report, track all UAT reported defects into JIRA system.
• Assist in testing automation of regression test scripts
• Highlight critical blocker defects to relevant Project Manager/stakeholders that may impact to timelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in IT field preferred
• More than 5 years of Project with experiences in banking projects (systems : Finacle, corp loan IPA, CLS, Gen AI etc)
• Good understanding of banking terminology, corporate loan banking products and operational processes
• Good understanding of software development Lifecyle and Agile methodologies including SIT and UAT
• Independent, meticulous worker with ability to identify system problems during testing, and suggest system fixes to PM / technology team
• Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Candidate who has knowledge of Operations or Technology experiences has advantage.
