What the role is:The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is Singapore\'s central bank and integrated financial regulator.As central bank, MAS promotes sustained, non-inflationary economic growth through the conduct of monetary policy and close macroeconomic surveillance and analysis. The team is responsible for supporting management in the broad spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and engagement. The team also works on developing and implementing functional competency frameworks.You will support the team in several areas, including

• Operational aspects for various HR services such as internal job applications, contract extensions and secondments
• Provide HR advice and support to employees on a range of HR issues
• Organise meeting, workshops and events
• Design employee communications materials
• Data-oriented work such as monitoring manpower numbers and budgets, developing competency inventories, and conducting pulse surveys.

In addition, from time to time, you will have opportunities to be involved in other HR areas of work.What we are looking for:Requirements

• Resourceful, organised, service-oriented, collaborative, meticulous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team-player
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel pivot tables, charting and simple analysis is preferred.
• Relevant qualifications, internships or work experience in HR is preferred.
