Overview of Division/Department

You will get to work in a dynamic newly set up team environment and work with a team of professional specialists. This role provides a great opportunity to be exposed to a range of markets and asset types and offers opportunities to excel at structuring. You will report to the Managing Director, Real Estate Asset and Structured Finance and be working closely with a number of highly experienced industry specialists, as well as work independently on a variety of asset classes.

Job Responsibilities
Fund Finance Execution
Responsible for the origination, credit execution and ongoing management of a portfolio of fund finance subscription facilities for private equity funds in Asia Pacific.
Track and monitor the Fund Finance portfolios across various metrics
Manage and prepare reports for the head of the business and senior management

Job Requirements
2-3 years of professional work experience in fund finance/private equity funds preferred.
Strong credit, structuring, and financial analysis skills
Knowledge of Fund management, Private Equity
Self-motivated, results focused, team player with strong learning ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous banking or private equity experience preferred
CFA preferred
