Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities Responsible for executing and supporting release and deployment activities across Securities & Fiduciary Services Systems. Provide day-to-day UAT support for the custody and non-custody systems. Carry out support, mostly on-call basis during off office hours. Carry out implementations on weekends together with Prod Support Team. Troubleshoot technical-related problems and take corrective action. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance. Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and process improvements. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring efficient system utilization.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Familiarity with software development life cycle, deployment, and support processes. Proficient in using various software tools and technologies relevant to the role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call support.-en
