Singapore Game Operations Entry Level
Plan, execute, and optimize monetization strategies to drive sales revenue, including but not limited to in-game sales, top-up promotions, pricing initiatives, and improvements to user payment flows.
Analyze and continuously improve key revenue metrics such as payer penetration rate, average revenue per user (ARPU/ARPPU), retention of paying users, and campaign ROI.
Oversee operations of the in-game store, including content updates and promotional activities.
Ensure broad accessibility and a smooth payment channel experience by working closely with internal teams and external partners to improve payment methods, success rates, and transaction reliability.
Maximize revenue through sustainable, player-centric tactics and marketing efforts that balance short-term sales impact with long-term player trust and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute monetization campaigns, track performance, and iterate based on insights and player feedback.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a finance, business, engineering or related field.
Open to fresh graduates or professionals with relevant experience in revenue management or equivalent, preferably from the gaming industry.
Strong analytical ability with good numerical sense, and proficiency in Google Sheets (or similar tools) to interpret data and translate it into clear, meaningful insights.
Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to break down complex issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and drive alignment among stakeholders.
