Business FunctionRisk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.Responsibilities Responsible for implementation of credit decision system enhancements, production issues ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and established standards Coordinate with technology and users to manage book of work prioritisation and communicate effectively on system updates and escalations. Implement system parameter changes and co-ordinate with technology team on system enhancements / fixes. Prioritize the book of work along with business users and technology, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with users, technology team to gather and clarify requirements for system enhancements. Independently manage assigned tasks from request gathering through implementation, ensuring quality, accuracy and adherence to established processes. Coordinate release planning activities, track progress, and align deliverables with agreed timeline. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies, escalation when necessary. Manage system administration and monitor performance by routine checks and controlsRequirements Total 3~5 years of working experiences in consumer banking / technology. Experience in Consumer Banking credit risk and preferably with exposure to lending products. Prior exposure to system UAT, programming, project coordination and incident management is highly desirable. Minimum Diploma holder in banking, finance, technology or relevant.
