  Our Client is a Japanese Listed Finance Company. This role of an Associate/Senior Associate is responsible for
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  
  • Middle back
  • Assist in obtaining internal approvals (Prepare presentation materials for relevant internal departments and meetings)
  • Conduct Real estate market research (rent/buying and selling market research, information gathering)
  • Conduct Review, analysis and summarise and report information collected (appraisal reports, cash flow tables, technical reports, property management reports, etc.)
  • Communicate/liaison with internal and external parties, attending meetings and taking minutes
  
  
  • On-going projects and existing portfolio management
  • Monitor existing projects (receiving reports from AMs and PMs, internal reporting, due date management)
  • Prepare and report a summary of information received/collected (AM and PM reports, SPV financial statements)
  • Handle Cash flow management, account support, planning, and updating budget (including subsidiaries)

• Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Legal Studies or any discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in the real estate or financial industry and customer relations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both speaking and writing.
  • Understanding of Japanese corporate culture
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excel-based analytical skills
  • Good IT literacy
  • Self-motivated and result drive
  • Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Good time management skills

• Working Hour

  9:00 ~ 17:30
