Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will support Ophthalmology clinical research studies on the development of portable medical device(s) for image capture and identification of age-related ophthalmic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute clinical research studies related to eye diseases and disorders.
• Screen and enrol eligible study participants and ensure informed consent is obtained.
• Collect and manage study data in accordance with protocol requirements and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and organize study documentation, including regulatory documents, study binders, and case report forms.
• Collaborate with study sponsors, regulatory authorities, and study sites to ensure compliance with study requirements.
• Manage study drug and device inventory and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations to the study sponsor and regulatory authorities as required.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of study progress reports and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all applicable regulatory standards.

• Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field (e.g., BSc (Pharmaceutical Science), BSc (Life Sciences), BPharm, BSc (Physiotherapy), BSc (Nursing))
• Relevant work experience in clinical research, healthcare, or a related field is often preferred. Training will be provided.
• Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
