2) Facility & Building Management
Ensure reception and meeting rooms readiness/cleanliness at start and end of the day
Ensure upkeep, cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. This includes liaising with vendors on maintenance matters, upkeep of first aid supplies and fire-fighting equipment
Support workplace safety exercises in accordance with safety guidelines & regulations
3) Front Desk Management
Greet and attend to public walk-ins. This may include administering visitor logbook and badges, notifying relevant colleagues or re-directing public to appropriate resources
Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls to relevant parties, taking down phone messages, checking of incoming phone messages and emails
Handle courier/express mail services upon request, mailing of letters, checking of mailbox and dissemination of mail to relevant parties
4) MSF Reporting
Timely keying of data into SSNet with accuracy
5) Programme Administration/Data Security
Perform data -entry and prepare related documentation for relevant parties, ensuring proper records - keeping and adhering to data protection protocols
Upkeep of physical archives and regular backup of e -files
Requirements:
Customer service orientated
Proficient in Microsoft Office
