Asst/ General Manager (central Kitchen / Japanese Food, Up To $6,500, North)

Job Description
Your Role:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated General Manager to lead the company by overseeing the operations and the team members of the central kitchen.
What will you do:
- To oversee whole business operation and production of the central kitchen in Singapore
- Liaise with Operation Manager to ensure production targets are hit
- Ensure that all products are delivered to customer in good quality, on time, in full, and with cost effectiveness
- Manage delivery partner(s) to ensure on time delivery
- Manage non-compliant quality cases
- To develop and execute strategic planning, help the company to grow revenue and clientele numbers
- Provide suggestions for modifications to existing processes.
- Recommend ways to reduce waste production.
- Responsible for P&L account
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
- At least 5 years of experience in Central Kitchens / Food Manufacturing industry
- Analytical thinker, decision-maker with focus on action and outcomes who drives for results, highly hands-on
- Proven track record of generating commercial growth
- Candidates with more proven professional experiences might be consider for higher salary outside the listed range
