Ensure accuracy and timely submission of payroll and handle all related payroll matters etc:statutory contributions , income tax (IR8A and IR21), claims
work pass application/renewal/cancellation
monthly reports to Finance and Heads of Departments
Process general insurance, employee health benefits and travel insurance claims and policy renewals
Handle employee orientation and exit interview
Supervise team of HR personnel
Liaise with various departments (both internal and external) on recruitment needs
Review and update HR policies
Administer employee performance appraisals
Administer training nomination, registration and evaluation for employees
Liaise with auditors
Requirements:
Min. diploma in Business Management / Human Resource Management and above
Min. 5 years of relevant working experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role
Knowledge of local employment laws
Proficient in MS Office and payroll software
