Family Group: Administration
We seek a dynamic, team player and self-driven communications executive to help manage the website, social channels and key campaigns.
The qualified candidate should have prior experience with digital marketing, web and social media management with a strong understanding of SEO principles and UI/UX design thinking. He/she should have a good understanding of integrated communications and ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is people-oriented and has a passion for creating and managing regular events for staff and patients in TTSH.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Search Engine Optimisation
Collaborate with various parties for content based on current events, trends, and audience insights
Implement SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content optimisation
Monitor website performance using available tools such as Google Analytics, etc
Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues and improvement opportunities
Stay current with digital trends, SEO algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices
Respond to enquiries and requests
Able to produce basic graphic design
Conduct regular media monitoring and provides regular insights and improvements to optimise platforms for better engagement
Events Management
Liaise with potential performing artists/organisations on marketing and event support for TTSH's Art of Healing programme and other events
Source and handle external sponsorships
Coordinate event planning and logistics with internal stakeholders
Handle publicity campaigns and provide actual day event support
Assist with guest lists, craft invitations and follow up with guest enquiries when required
Craft surveys and manage feedback
Content Creation & Campaign Management
Handles day-to-day execution of communications activities and campaigns
Supports internal and external stakeholder relations and handles campaign enquiries
Strong storytelling skills with an eye for engaging, audience-focused content.
Plan and manage content on social channels
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with editing softwares and apps (Adobe/Canva/CapCut)

Assist RO in key projects when required and any other duties as assigned.
