Roles and Responsibilities Audit

• Manage end to end audit cycle (planning, fieldwork, report and follow-up) for multiple audit assignments, including outsourced auditors for audit projects.
• Plan, coordinate and perform internal audits of operational processes within time budgets, deadlines, and professional requirements.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and internal control processes in the area of operational and IT controls, where applicable
• Prepare internal audit reports including audit observations and recommendations on enhancements to business processes and internal controls
• Determine root cause of issues identified and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide meaningful, actionable, value-added and cost-effective recommendations
• Perform follow-up reviews on previous internal audit issues to ensure actions are taken to address issues raised

Compliance

• Understand relevant regulatory regulations, policies & procedures underpinning the company’s business activities
• Ensure company’s operations are in compliance with regulations
• Advise management on regulatory processes, compliance and updates to policies
• Responsible for the maintenance of regulatory documentation databases
• Develop and maintain communication with regulatory agencies regarding submission strategies, compliance test requirements, potential regulatory pathways, or clarification, and follow-up on submissions and reviews
• Other adhoc assignments

QUALIFICATIONS Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in performing a similar job scope
• Experience in ISO audits is a bonus
• Familiarity with Early Childhood operations is a bonus
• Fluency in written Chinese is a bonus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and verbal/written communications skills
