Join Singapore's National Centre for Infectious Disease as our HR Business Partner supporting department heads and line managers across the full spectrum of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment management including locums, temporary hires, and secondments
Execute annual HR processes: performance appraisals, promotions, and learning needs analysis
Support talent management and succession planning initiatives
Drive culture-building through staff engagement, appreciation events, and leadership walkabouts
Assist with outbreak management and ad-hoc HR projects
Coordinate events and meeting logistics
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Willingness to work in infectious disease environment with ward/clinic visits
Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and teleconferencing tools
Adaptable team player with positive learning mindset
