Family Group: Administration



Support the Senior Manager, Deputy Director, and Director in managing strategic partnerships with industry, government agencies, and academia. Coordinate and implement key MedTech initiatives across NHG institutions. Facilitate the setup and execution of thematic partnership programmes. Assist in identifying high-potential innovation projects/products for development and investment. Organize and manage events such as SHBC and innovation showcases. Drive inter-institutional collaboration on MedTech projects and programmes. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Contribute to the development of internal policies and processes for innovation and technology transfer.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related fields. 2-4 years of relevant experience in healthcare innovation, MedTech, startup support, or project management. Familiarity with medical device development, healthcare product commercialization, or technology transfer is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively across diverse teams. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery. * Experience with institutional grants, innovation programmes, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
