Our client is the leader in their industry.

They are looking for:

• Asst Production Manager

:

• Report to the HOD
• Ensure production goals are on schedule and within budget.
• Oversees manpower and resources
• Plan, ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments.
• Drive and support continuous improvement projects.
• Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers.
• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
• Assist the HOD to supervise production personnel in accordance with the company policies, objectives, plans and budgets for business.
• Maintains production records and ensures finished product meets specifications.
• Attend to production technical issues to ensure overall smooth production processes.
• Attend to all quality issues, i.e. customer complaints, process non-conformances, non-conforming products, etc and work out solutions with Quality Assurance Department to contain or resolve the issues.
• Review effectiveness of corrective and implement measures to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
• Supervise and motivate team of workers.
• Review worker performance and identify training needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in any Engineering faculty
• Experience in production and manufacturing companies
• Senior Engineer who ever led a team may apply too
