DESIGNATION : Asst/Manager (CRM)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary
As the CRM Manager for Lifecycle Programmes, you will be in charge of building and managing marketing programs that cut across all aspects of the customer’s lifecycle journey - all the way from welcoming a new-to-platform user, to building them up to become loyal super-customer. You will work across creative and data-driven teams to plan, develop, and orchestrate campaigns across all customer communication channels (i.e. Email, Mobile Push Notifications, SMS).
In this role, you will also work with cutting-edge Marketing Technology platforms to push the boundaries of data-driven customer communications. A regular day-to-day will include building and testing different content ideas, customer segments, personalisation formats, and optimising campaigns to achieve a seamless customer experience for FairPrice customers and meet business objectives.
